Cancelling Your Reservation
- You may cancel your reservation for no charge until up to 15 days in advance. No exceptions.
- Please note that you will be charged in full if you cancel after the deadline. If you have a prepayment, we will retain prepayment. If not, we will charge your credit card in full.
Day of Check-In:
- Credit Card on file will be charged in full prior to check-in for E-Z Check-in unless prior arrangements are made.
- Check-In Time: 3pm
- Check-Out Time: 11am
- Maximum Occupancy for a Deluxe Suite is 5 (with a cot) – Additional charges will apply.
